Northwest Missouri Psychiatric Rehabilitation Center (NMPRC) serves the western area of Missouri. NMPRC provides psychiatric services for adults, 18 years old and over, often with a diagnosis of a chronic and persistent mental disorder. Beyond the mandate to limit services within these categories, admission is non-discriminatory in relationship to age, gender, ethnicity, or diagnosis. Admissions are Missouri Revised Statutes Section 552 commitments through the court system.
