The Division has established a priority of coordinating quality care and funding strategies for supports that improve individual outcomes and reward those who facilitate quality outcomes. Beginning November 2026, Missouri Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD) providers will transition from REDCap to ServiceNow for Value-Based Payment (VBP) reporting for State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2027, ServiceNow is a secure, web-based platform that helps organizations manage workflows and business processes in one centralized location.
ServiceNow will replace REDCap as the system used to submit VBP reporting and will provide a more streamlined reporting experience by:
- Consolidating reporting activities into a single platform
- Reducing manual processes
- Improving workflow efficiency
- Providing greater visibility into submission and review status
- Supporting a more consistent reporting process across incentives
