WHO: Any Division of Developmental Disabilities employment service provider (Career Planning, Job Development, Benefits Planning, Prevocational, and Supported Employment) who complete quarterly reporting of data elements for future VBP benchmarking.
WHAT:
- A contractor providing qualified employment services will be paid $55 per report. Reports will be submitted quarterly per individual, per employment service and will be validated.
- For each quarter, contractors must submit a separate outcome report for every individual who receives qualified employment services. If an individual receives more than one type of qualified employment service, a distinct report is required for each service provided to that person.
- Necessary data elements include units of service delivered, activities completed, individual preferences, individual progress/needs, outcomes, and service completion.
WHEN: Payments began January 1st, 2023. Data entry and review are completed on a quarterly basis.
WHY: To incentivize providers to share employment services data to be utilized for benchmarking performance to inform future development of value-based payments.
HOW: Successful submission of 100% of required data report for each quarterly reporting period through a web-based platform.
